Ordering, Shipping, Returns & Privacy
Online purchases can be made using a PayPal account or by credit card via Square. Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions about a product or the ordering process.
*Free Shipping within the continental United States on orders over $100 that are directly from Indent (https://indent-magazines.com). Indent on Bookshop orders are not eligible for free shipping. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please make sure your email and shipping address are entered correctly at checkout. Shipping is non-refundable.
Within United States - packages are sent via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation.

USPS Priority Mail - Delivery in 1-3 days
USPS First-Class Mail - Delivery in 1-3 days; 13 oz or less
USPS Parcel Select - Delivery in 2-8 days
International shipments are sent via US Postal Service and shipping rates are based on the total order weight. International shipping times will vary based on destination and selected speed.
International customers, please note: customs fees may apply once the package reaches you, depending on tariff rules in your country. Your country's customs office may in rare cases delay the arrival of your package beyond our control. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes added by their country's customs office.

International shipping methods are as follows:
Priority Mail Express International - Delivery in 3-5 days with tracking and full insurance
Priority Mail International - Delivery in 6-10 days with tracking and limited insurance
First-Class Package International Service - Delivery in 7-21 days with limited tracking and no insurance.*
*Please be aware, if you select a shipping option without insurance and tracking Indent is not liable for loss or damage. We recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance and tracking, whenever possible.
Indent primarily ships through USPS, however, additional shipping options are available through FedEx, UPS or DHL.
Because Indent is a very small operation, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on magazines, books and general merchandise, unless the items are defective. We also cannot accept returns on sale items.
Returns on defective items are accepted if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item and return it to us within 14 days of the order ship date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit is given and does not expire. Shipping cost is non-refundable
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All information collected by us through our online shop and our shop on Bookshop will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling and delivering your order and responding to any customer service issues. Please note Indent uses Shopify for its e-commerce platform.
If you choose to sign up for our mailing list/newsletter, we will only use that information to send you occasional announcements and promotions related to Indent. We will never share your information with any third parties or use your information for any outside marketing purposes. Please note Indent does use services such as Omnisend and Shopfy for newsletters distribution.
If you are on the newsletter list by mistake or should you ever wish to unsubscribe or opt out of our mailing list, simply fill out the form on our website or send us an email to be removed.
