Activist, artist and bewitching vocalist Anohni dives deep into the inspirations for her highly anticipated new album and shares advice on keeping the performance private, while rising art star Esben Weile Kjær identifies the performative potential of staged disasters and repurposed media for his artistic output. Last, but by no means least, in conversation with friend and collaborator Shygirl, TTA is proud to present Lourdes Leon, who reveals how shows of royal pedigree have instilled in her the very highest of standards in regard to the art of performance.
Founded in 2010, The Travel Almanac is the first true post-tourism publication. It focuses not only on the traditional notion of physical travel, but the ways in which movement and location permeate all aspects of contemporary life. Since its inception, The Travel Almanac has been influential in re-defining the genre of pop-culture publications by showcasing the creative world’s opinions on travel and its accoutrement.
